I am 29 and a graduate of the University of Dundee. For the last seven years I have been working for an international car rental company as a regional manager. I specialise in sales and customer service. I have always wanted to run my own company and alongside Elaine this has now become a reality with Nicattos.
I will be responsible for the day to day running of Nicattos currently and will be conducting our week day route around businesses in Dundee. Initially our operating times are from 0830hrs - 1400hrs. It is anticipated once the business is established that Elaine will also work full time with Nicattos but currently she will be operating at our weekend events/shows.
Nicattos is fully committed to helping local communities and charities and are available to hire for such events with a portion of any proceeds being gifted back.
David himself works with Scottish Business in the Community as a mentor to secondary school children in Dundee.

I am 28 years old and graduated from the Robert Gordon University in 2002 with a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management. I spent the next four years working in customer focussed environments, and for the last three years have been working in a procurement/material logistics role. Throughout this time I have been eager to be involved again in the hospitality industry as I enjoy meeting new people. Having worked in various offices I was frustrated that I had to take a car journey to be able to enjoy a fresh, high quality cup of coffee, therefore Nicattos aims to bring the experience of a coffee shop to you, at a location of your choice. I will continue to work full time in my current job until the business is established, and therefore won't be involved in our daily office runs. However, I will be present to support David at any events that we cater for.
In my spare time I am a keen photographer and recently obtained a Diploma in Photography from the Open University. I particularly love to capture landscapes and animals in their natural environment, and there is something about the magic of a sunset that always catches my attention.
